Ms. Brauer,
I just finished your book. It is absolutely wonderful. It gives me hope that I, too, can make it through college. I am still struggling with my ex-husband's voice that tells me that I am stupid even though I know I am not. I see so many signs now that I should have recognized the danger of what my ex-husband was doing to me. I wonder how I was so stupid for not seeing them earlier. I was with him for 18 years.

Thanks so much for the wonderful book. I know I am not alone.
